Neiagha Thomas is a producer and director specializing in documentaries, feature films, and branded content within the outdoors and action sports industries. Passionate about storytelling, Neiagha is committed to authentic representation of marginalized communities in the entertainment space.

She is currently a producer for BLK ELK, an outdoor and adventure focused company. Her portfolio includes collaborations with clients like Dove, Arkansas Parks & Tourism, HBO, BBC Studios, McDonald's, The National Endowment for the Arts, The Associated Press, and Collins Aerospace. Neiagha has also worked with top talent in live events, coordinating production for artists such as Leon Bridges, Usher, Jennifer Hudson, Jonas Brothers, and Imagine Dragons.

Raised in Arkansas, Neiagha’s deep connection to nature—whether hunting, hiking, or traveling—continues to inspire her work. Her love for the outdoors also led her to earn her Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification, strengthening her ability to work confidently in remote environments and on adventure-driven productions. From backcountry terrain to international field shoots, she thrives in the spaces where storytelling and exploration meet. She aims to create content that fosters meaningful conversations and celebrates diverse perspectives.
